2eSocial Studio ("biz"), bu uygulamayı kullanırken gizliliğinize önem verir.

TOPLANAN VERİLER
• Hesap: giriş için e-posta adresiniz (kimlik doğrulama sağlayıcımız Clerk üzerinden).
• İçerik: yüklediğiniz ürün/kişi fotoğrafları ve üretilen görseller.
• Kullanım: üretim sayısı, kredi bakiyesi gibi hizmetin çalışması için gerekli kayıtlar.
Sağlık, biyometri gibi hassas özel veri toplamıyoruz.

KULLANIM AMACI
Verileriniz yalnızca hizmeti sunmak için kullanılır: yüklediğiniz görseli yapay zekâ ile yeni bir görsele dönüştürmek, hesabınızı ve kredilerinizi yönetmek.

ÜÇÜNCÜ TARAFLAR
• Kimlik doğrulama sağlayıcısı (oturum yönetimi).
• Yapay zekâ görsel işleme sağlayıcıları.
• Bulut depolama (arşiv).
• Ödeme: satın almalar Apple App Store üzerinden yürütülür; kart bilgilerinizi biz görmeyiz.
Verilerinizi ASLA satmayız veya reklam için paylaşmayız.

SAKLAMA & SİLME
Görselleriniz arşiviniz için saklanır. Hesabınızı uygulama içinden ("Hesabı sil") kalıcı olarak silebilirsiniz; bu, hesabınızı ve ilişkili tüm verileri (krediler, üretimler) siler.

ÇOCUKLAR
Uygulama 13 yaş altı için tasarlanmamıştır.

Privacy Policy

2eSocial Studio ("we") values your privacy when you use this app.

DATA WE COLLECT
• Account: your email address for sign-in (via our authentication provider, Clerk).
• Content: the product/person photos you upload and the images we generate.
• Usage: records required to run the service, such as generation counts and credit balance.
We do not collect sensitive data such as health or biometric information.

HOW WE USE IT
Your data is used solely to provide the service: transforming your uploaded image into a new image with AI, and managing your account and credits.

THIRD PARTIES
• Authentication provider (session management).
• AI image-processing providers.
• Cloud storage (archive).
• Payments: purchases are handled through the Apple App Store; we never see your card details.
We NEVER sell your data or share it for advertising.

RETENTION & DELETION
Your images are kept for your archive. You can permanently delete your account from within the app ("Delete account"); this deletes your account and all related data (credits, generations).

CHILDREN
The app is not intended for users under 13.
